Love Walking? Try Urban Poling!

Turn your walk into a full-body workout!
Urban poling is a fantastic new sport that uses high-tech Urban Poling walking poles with vibration-absorbing handles and rubber boot tips that propel you forward. Why is urban poling so hot?
• It exercises your upper body and core (abdominal) muscles as you walk.
• It makes walking more challenging without walking further or faster.
• It burns up to 46% more calories than regular walking.
• It takes stress off your knee and hip joints.
• It's ideal for all ages & fitness levels.

Thank you so much for coming such a long way to teach us Urban Poling. It really was great. I enjoyed it so much. I am an avid walker, so this is a good variation for me and to teach my participants who love the outdoors. The energy and the muscles that you use are incredible. What a workout!
