I thoroughly enjoy the workout routine Barb has developed for me. In a few months, my balance, my strength and overall coordination have noticeably improved and I am more physically energetic in my daily activities. I never dreamed I would finish a 5 km run - then we started working out and I added a successful 5 km run, 10 km run and 50 km bike event to my list of accomplishments. Without your encouragement and confidence in my abilities, I would never have made it!

Following three pregnancies and a herniated disc that sidelined me from sports for five years, I wanted to get back into shape and enjoy an active life with my children. I never envisioned that by working with Barb, I would find myself power walking half-marathons and distances up to 35 km.
