Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a fantastic new sport that uses walking poles with vibration-absorbing rubber feet that help propel you forward. It burns more calories than walking, exercises your core (abdominals) and upper body, and takes stress off your joints. It is ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

If you work near Toronto’s financial district, visit FCP Events to learn about the First Canadian Club Walking Club. I lead regular lunch hour powerwalks for this free 350-member club.


JeansMarines Walkers

JeansMarines is a group of 500+ Toronto-area women who dare themselves to do the impossible - walk or run a marathon or half-marathon and finish it upright and smiling.
