managing Manulife Financial’s Toronto head office fitness centre, one of Canada’s leading corporate wellness facilities (4 years)
teaching in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Seneca College (11 years)
serving on the Program Advisory Committee for Durham College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program (4 years)
teaching at George Brown College’s School of Health and Wellness (2 years)
travelling to clients’ homes to deliver personalized fitness training for clients of all ages, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals (20+ years)
