Before You Start…

1.       If you are new to exercise, aim for an exertion level of light or moderate. If  you are a regular exerciser , aim for somewhat hard. Choose exercise
options, provided by the instructor, that will make the class safe and enjoyable for you.

2.       Be sure your healthcare team has recommended exercise for you.

3.       Stop exercising if you experience chest discomfort, dizziness, or an unusual shortness of breath.
