Class 1:

Fitness with Poles

Class Description

Easy-paced moves combined with basic choreography set to fun upbeat music. Ideal for people who are new to group exercise classes to music and/or who enjoy simple moves that target the full body. Ideal for Nordic walkers who are housebound due to COVID-19 and winter weather. Warm-up, low impact/no-impact cardio, balance, cooldown and stretch…all performed standing and with Nordic walking poles. (See class sample to the left.)

Schedule

Spring Session: Mondays 12:00-12:30pm EST; March 15- May 31 (12 weeks)

What you Need

Comfortable clothes & shoes; Nordic walking poles; some indoor space (about 8’ x 8’); and water.

Cost

$98 (12 weeks) Latestarters, contact me for a pro-rated rate..

  • For easier viewing and better posture, if possible, elevate your device so it is closer to eye level.

Class 2:

Low-Impact, Cardio & Core

CLASS DESCRIPTION

  • Energetic moves combined with non-intimidating choreography set to fun upbeat music. Ideal for people who have experience with intermediate-level cardio group exercise classes.

  • Class includes: a warm-up; low-impact cardio; standing muscle conditioning with light weights; mat work for the core; and a cooldown. (See videos to your left for a quick taste of the energy and pace.)

SCHEDULE

  • Time: Wednesdays, 12:30-1:15pm EST (45 minutes)

  • Spring schedule: April 7-June 30 (Joining late? Please contact me.)

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Workout clothes & shoes; some indoor space (about 8’ x 8’); light dumbbells (2lb.-4lb.),soup cans or partially-filled water bottles; an exercise mat; and water. Optional: Nordic walking poles for the cooldown.

COST

  • Try your first class for free.

  • 3-month session (12-14 classes) : $159 Miss the class? I send out a recording of the class, which you can access until the next class, each Thursday.
