It’s not the same as being together in person, but Zoom is surprisingly good at getting people started with the Nordic walking technique and the Activator technique.

Learn all the basics in this one indoor virtual session!

DATES & TIMES:

Contact me to arrange a 60-minute timeframe that works for you.

COST: $65 + HST

WHAT YOU NEED:

1) comfortable clothes 2) your Nordic walking poles or Activator poles and 3) some indoor space about 12’x12’ (and a long hallway is ideal)

A FEW DETAILS:

  • The lesson is offered via www.Zoom.us. (You will see me as a large image on your computer screen.)

  • Join on a device that has a camera, so I can see you on my screen and give you feedback.

  • Please do not use a Zoom virtual background. It makes you invisible once you step back from your camera!
